Sukriti - Residence Project at Kannur

‘Sukriti’ is a house built for Mr. Bijoy, who is a civil engineer and his family. The client wanted maximum usage of the plot and a private outdoor area for him to enjoy his vacations with his friends. The site faces the road, but he wanted to have privacy for the house. The South faced house is planned in a simple layout, which is eco friendly and in a traditional modern pattern. The bio pool at the rear yard helps maintain good temperature inside the house. Cost effective methods such as filler slab techniques are used in this house.
